The best and worst parts

The striking location offers immediate access to skiing! Staff were attentive, providing excellent service.

Food quality varied significantly from meal to meal,, with some dishes disappointingly bland. The buffet dinner arrangement was chaotic and frustrating, diminishing the overall dining experience.

The aging facilities are quite apparent, and some areas feel quite tired!!!

The owners and staff were really welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel was perfectly situated for the ski slopes. The bedroom was large and comfortable. We would definitely use this hotel again.

The only way of ventilating was by opening the door to a small balcony along the house which in principle was accesible also to residents of 4-5 neighbouring rooms. In practice no big risk, but it feels somehwhat uncertain and uncomfortable...

The helpfulness of the staff on arrival, particularly as we arrived late. Location - perfect for the slopes. Ski room - secure, accessible and spacious. Car Parking - garage underneath hotel, convenient access and no charge made. Helpfulness of the staff on departure day, we were allowed to leave the car in the garage whilst we skied and could use facilities to get changed. Breakfast - pleasant environment and plenty of choice Bar area - pleasant environment with good value drinks and coffees. Internet access was available at no charge, despite information to contrary on website.

What a fantastic week in champoluc! The staff were thoughtful, especially max, were very good to help us. The food was authentic and satisfying, with standout breakfasts with a pancake machine that my kids loved.

staying at this hotel made my weekend city strolls effortless, with easy access to being just a few steps from the Monterosa Ski area and a short walk to charming local restaurants like Ristorante Kondor, making every exploration conveniently good.

Clean comfortable rooms,close location to slope/lift, good food and very helpful staff.

The hotel features spacious general areas, providing ample room to relax, with charming dark wooden furniture and red curtains that added warmth.

Bathroom could use modernization and better amenities.

Convenient location by the ski lift and in village center.

Absolutely loved the hearty, home-cooked meals and the cozy atmosphere. The pancakes at breakfast were a delightful treat, but the dinner buffet could have been better organized. Would definitely come back!
